Opened in 1867, Melbourne Town Hall is the seat of the local municipality of the City of Melbourne, and has been used for multiple purposes such as concerts, theatrical plays and exhibitions.
Over the years AAH has been engaged on numerous occasions to assist with works to the landmark building.
Scope of Works
- Removal of asbestos contaminated vinyl floor tiles
- Removal of asbestos contaminated membrane, screed and ballast
- Removal of asbestos contaminated insulation and debris
- Removal of asbestos contaminated ceiling sheets
- Erection of baffle walls
- Transport & disposal of all waste to EPA licensed facilities
