Staffing

We have a dedicated Removals and Reinstatement Project Manager whose specific job is to liaise with the schools and subcontractors on what and when works can be completed.

Works have been completed during weekends and night shift to not disrupt the schools usual timetable. We have also utilised the Christmas school holidays period as well as the Easter long weekend to complete as much of the works as possible with over 55 internal staff working on the project.

A total of over 7,500 internal hours, plus an additional 500 administration hours have been put towards this project as well as over 6,000 hours from other trades engaged by AAH Contracting with a total of 0 safety incidents to date.

Other Trades

Other trades utilised to assist in the Removal and Reinstatement:

  • Builders
  • Carpenters
  • Electricians
  • Speciality Electricians*
  • Plumbers
  • Plasterers
  • Painters

*Speciality electricians were engaged, in conjunction with local energy companies, for large scale overnight power shut downs to allow safe access for removal of some items.

Project Management

For smooth running of this large scale project we have utilised a project management system internally that all trades have access to. This project management system assisted in the coordination of works and job briefings of what works needed to be conducted.

Comprehensive removal and reinstatement reports were completed and provided to the client upon completion of works.
