Project Overview
The Caulfield Hospital was first established in 1916 to serve as an army hospital.
Over the years AAH has been engaged on numerous occasions to assist with refurbishments.
Scope of Works
- Assist occupational hygienist in sampling of potentially contaminated materials
- Removal of asbestos contaminated soil
- Removal of asbestos contaminated pits
- Removal of asbestos contaminated debris
- Removal of asbestos contaminated cement sheets
- Removal of asbestos contaminated floor tiles
- Removal of asbestos eaves
- Removal of carpet
- Removal of ceiling tiles
- Removal of asbestos adhesive
- Reinstatement of ceiling tiles
- Removal of asbestos contaminated switchboard lining and doors
- Floor grinding to various areas back to slab ready for reinstatement
- Transport & disposal of all waste to EPA licensed facilities
