Services Delivered
Engaged by Mann Group, AAH removed 1,800 m² of asbestos cement roofing along with asbestos cement walls, eaves, infill panels, mastic expansion joints, vinyl floor tiles and a range of minor ACM fittings from Warehouse 2, using a wash-down dust method rather than full enclosure, supported by scissor lifts, a knuckle boom and a forklift. A separate work front addressed asbestos-contaminated settled dust above the Syrup Room ceiling, including baffle wall installation, negative air unit set-up, and coordinated staging with Mann Group's own demolition crew during a live ceiling demolition. AAH supplied a Class A Supervisor and Labourer to support Mann Group's asbestos-affected works throughout.
AAH delivered the initial Warehouse 2 program to schedule and went on to complete a series of follow-up variation works into September 2025 as further asbestos-containing materials were identified, maintaining continuity of supervision and site controls across the extended program, demonstrating AAH's ability to run staged, multi-phase remediation programs on live commercial and manufacturing sites.
