Services Delivered
Remediation works targeted multiple high-risk materials across the site, including friable asbestos from structural steel, limpet-sprayed beams, HVAC ductwork, and pipe lagging. Works also involved vermiculite decontamination, abrasive blasting of asbestos-contaminated paint, lead paint removal from the heritage-listed transmission tower, and full environmental controls including HEPA filtration, hygienist oversight, and multi-zone decontamination systems.
AAH delivered the project one month ahead of schedule, completing over 18,000 man-hours with zero incidents or lost time injuries. Detailed staging and containment allowed for parallel workflows and efficient air pressure management. The team was praised by both the client and developer for its strong safety standards, technical precision, and smooth integration with the wider demolition program.
