Engaged by City Circle Group, AAH delivered a multi-stage coatings removal program targeting asbestos-contaminated paint and bitumen coatings across internal corridors. Works were completed within sealed enclosures fitted with bunded sumps and triple-stage filtration, using biodegradable chemical stripping, hot water pressure washing, and wet abrasive blasting. Confined space controls and manual detailing ensured thorough remediation without damaging the underlying structure.

AAH successfully completed the complex coatings removal across both corridors and surrounding areas while managing confined space conditions, elevated work platforms, and strict environmental controls. The approach preserved the structural surfaces, controlled contamination risk, and met the program constraints set by the client, demonstrating AAH's capability in high-risk internal remediation within live commercial buildings.
