Services Delivered
AAH removed hazardous materials and carried out demolition works before installing new R3.5 insulation batts, switchboards, meter panels, and electrical systems including lighting, emergency systems and ceiling fans. The work was delivered under AAH's in-house Commercial Builders licence, with its own carpenters, electricians and plumbers coordinating seamlessly with other trusted tradespeople.
Despite communication challenges across multiple stakeholders, the project was completed smoothly through effective coordination and AAH's in-house trade expertise. The client was highly satisfied with the quality of the works, resulting in AAH being added to the council's contractor panel for future projects, demonstrating AAH's ability to manage combined remediation and reinstatement programs under one licence.
Scope of Works
- Removal of asbestos-contaminated dust, AC sheeting, friable switchboards & cement flue pipes
- Reinstatement of new ceiling panels & insulation
