Soil RemediationExcavation OperationsSifting & Screening

AAH first carried out excavation and screening works in cleanfill soil containing ACM (approximately 600 m³) for Ace Contractors Group, before mobilising for the site's major load-out phase: setting up scaffold to line trucks from scissor lifts and seal them for haulage, supplying approximately 18 quad dogs per day working alongside DRC to remove 30,000 tonnes of clean fill soil containing asbestos debris, with disposal organised to a high-quality registered facility. Trucks ran continuously from 6am to 4pm to complete three trips per day per truck across the load-out program.

The average tonnage removed during the load-out phase reached approximately 2,000 tonnes per day, around 400 tonnes per day more than the base quotation, with no safety or compliance issues recorded across the project. AAH was engaged for further work by the client following completion, demonstrating AAH's capability in staged excavation, screening and high-volume soil logistics on live sports infrastructure sites.
