Services Delivered
Working under strict confined space protocols, AAH pumped out floodwater, conducted atmospheric testing, and prepared degraded concrete and steel surfaces using wet and dry abrasive blasting to SA 2.5 standard. A Dulux-specified epoxy system was applied to the required DFT, with all QA data, including surface profiles, batch records, and environmental conditions, documented and submitted.
The project was completed to specification, with all QA documentation submitted to the client. Dulux endorsed the coating application, confirming it met required standards. The restored pits are now protected against corrosion and water ingress, ensuring long-term durability and compliance with Melbourne Water's operational requirements, demonstrating AAH's capability in confined space surface preparation and protective coating works.
