Services Delivered
Engaged directly by Monash University, AAH had a team mobilised within 5 days to remove an asbestos ceiling and 600 linear metres of asbestos pipe lagging, then delivered a full reinstatement package across ceiling grid, walls, paint, and feature timber panelling. The live campus setting demanded careful handling around sensitive MRI equipment, 24-hour-access research refrigerators, and multiple faculties with differing access needs.
The project closed with zero lost time incidents, zero near misses, and zero client complaints despite the multi-stakeholder complexity. Delivering removal and reinstatement as one package gave AAH full control over trades and quality, enabling fast, clean handbacks, demonstrating AAH's ability to run complex live-site programs without disrupting critical university operations.
