Engaged by MANN Group to work across the Commentators Box, South Grandstand, Burston Grandstand and The Lodge, AAH removed asbestos cement wall and roof sheeting, pipe lagging, construction joint mastic, vinyl floor tiles, asbestos-lined fuses and asbestos pipe within soil. 35 window shade panels were removed using an 80ft knuckle boom. With work areas becoming available at different times across the site, AAH coordinated daily with MANN Group, mobilising quickly to make areas safe as asbestos was uncovered.

The project achieved zero lost time incidents and just one near miss across a fast-changing program. AAH removed and disposed of 54.9 tonnes of hazardous material, managing 12 program variations while keeping trades on track across all four structures. Despite work areas becoming available on a shifting basis, each was cleared and handed back without delaying the wider program, demonstrating AAH's ability to deliver complex, multi-structure remediation safely and on schedule.
