Services Delivered
Multiple concurrent work fronts are being managed under full-time Project Management, supported by dedicated Class A Supervisors and Leading Hands, across both the Olefins plant (395+ task orders since April 2025) and the Boilers area (75+ task orders since March 2026). AAH has removed approximately 15km of lagged asbestos pipework, towers, boilers, furnaces, vessels and associated plant using specialised methodologies developed specifically for the facility, including mini-encapsulation techniques, ethylene tank bund remediation, mastic removal from concrete slabs and machinery plinths, and rapid-response emergency clean-ups in live utility areas.
Contract works are approximately 75% complete, with the asbestos programme on schedule and zero LTIs recorded. Additional work packages have been awarded throughout delivery, including competitively tendered packages and the separate Boilers 890-892 program, reflecting client confidence in AAH's performance and available delivery capacity, demonstrating AAH's ability to manage large-scale, technically complex decommissioning programs safely and on schedule across a live petrochemical facility.
