Services Delivered
AAH attends each Downer-referred tower site, reviews the site's SWMS, control plan and daily pre-start documentation, sets up a contained work zone, and removes asbestos-containing fuses in accordance with company quality standards before leaving the site clean and disposing of the waste. The program runs as a continuous, always-on call-out service rather than a single project, with AAH crews responding to telecommunications tower sites across Melbourne and regional Victoria as Downer's network maintenance program identifies at-risk fuses.
AAH has completed more than 2,690 individual fuse removal jobs for Downer across its Victorian telecommunications tower network between August 2023 and mid-2025, sustaining an uninterrupted monthly service across the full two-year period, demonstrating AAH's capacity to deliver a reliable, high-volume, always-on asbestos removal service for a major telecommunications infrastructure contractor.
