Swann Drive, Derrimut

AAH installed 539 m² of shrink wrap film to the scaffold at the Swann Drive site, working with the site's scaffolders, who fitted roof covering with access and handrails so AAH could shrink-wrap over it. AAH returned to re-wrap and adjust the scaffold enclosure across multiple follow-up visits between mid-2024 and late 2025 as the project progressed, sourcing shrink wrap film and tape locally to keep turnaround times short.

AAH sustained a shrink-wrapping relationship with Built across more than a year of works at the Derrimut site, with the scaffolding contractor and Built's site management coordinating directly with AAH for each stage, demonstrating AAH's capability in scaffold enclosure and weatherproofing work as a standalone Industrial Services offering, distinct from its core asbestos removal work.
