Established in 1958, Monash University’s Clayton Campus is the second oldest university in Victoria.
AAH has been engaged on numerous occasions to assist with refurbishment works to the campus.

Scope of Works

  • Removal of asbestos insulated pipework
  • Removal of asbestos flange gaskets
  • Removal of asbestos insulated calorifier
  • Removal and demolition of asbestos contaminated boilers
  • Removal of asbestos contaminated cement sheet eaves
  • Removal of asbestos contaminated ceiling sheets
  • Removal of asbestos contaminated vinyl floor tiles
  • Removal of switchboard containing PCB’s
  • Removal of fume cupboard ducts and exhaust fans
  • Removal of asbestos containing compressed sheet cladding
  • Extensive encapsulation works
  • Floor grinding to various areas back to slab ready for reinstatement
  • Transport & disposal of all waste to EPA licensed facilities
